Collection: Koledo
The festival of Koledo, held between late December and late January, celebrates the beginning of the new yearly cycle and the birth of the new Sun. During this period, people share the fruits of their year's labor with their community. Just like any other Slavic holiday, festivities include a lot of singing, dancing, drinking and eating. The most distinctive feature is a tradition of donning masks and fur, then singing from door to door, wishing the host health, wealth and prosperity.
